General meeting minutes

July 02, 2025

Call to order: 1830 Members/auxiliary & guests: 50

Officers present: President; Jeremiah, Vice President; Ginger. Sargent at arms; Sweed, Secretary; Dawg, Treasure; Elvis and Spider, Advocates; Digger, Hansel and Skite.

Pledge, Moment of silence: SA.

President’s report: (ON THE PHONE)

Scout has rolled up.

Ginger will fill as temporary VP. Until a special vote can be conducted, within 90 days.

Chain of command

A. Prospects and Flash patch see your sponsor.

B. Everyone else see your Advocates.

C. Advocates bring all business to the E Board.

Push for Bull Lake. We need 10 people Auxiliary is encouraged to sign up. Dawg will lead.

Dan Kleckner golf classic. We need 10 people to sign up. Ginger will be the lead.

Vice president’s report:

Ginger:

We are going to tighten up the organization. In all aspects that need attention.

Thank you for all that went to the west side for Fishhooks celebration of life and grave side service. We had 240 bikes for the celebration of life and 150 bikes for the grave side service.

Sargent at arms report:

Sweed:

Sorry for not being at Knucklehead brewery for the Newby-Byers ride.

Secretary’s report:

07/23/25 voting members meeting and E Board meeting 1830.

07/30/25 August meeting 1830.

Digger will take over the POW/MIA.

Spike will be our new risk manager for AMA.

We need people to step up and help with the Ride and Event committees as well as Membership and Recruitment committees.

Treasurer’s report:

Elvis: Nothing currently.

Spider: Nothing currently.

Advocates report:

Digger: Needs a few.

Hansel: Nothing currently.

Skite:

7/6/25 0800 PVOC clean up party, we need to get the grounds cleaned up.

7/6/25 1200 Pappy’s 81ST birthday at the Fieldhouse. 1235 N. Liberty Lake Rd. Liberty Lake WA.

7/12/25 a Ride to Remember.

Membership Committee:

Retention Committee. (Cornfed, Sweed, BBW, Hansel and Digger).

Cornfed: Nothing currently.

Recruitment Committee.

POW/MIA: We need someone to step up and take over the committee.

We helped 3 people last month, working with another person, who has sent a thank you letter.

Outreach center report:

Fallout: Clean up after yourselves.

If you want to use the PVOC please check with Fallout or Tink to make sure it is available.

Store report: (Flip flop, Stitch, Conda, Momma Bear, Stogie, Nuggets & Pricilla).

Flip Flop has found a new printing company for our merchandise.

We will be placing an order on Monday for those who have requested items.

Father Fest was good.

Auxiliary report:

Stogie: 7/10/25 fundraiser, Texas roadhouse.

Momma Bear: Flagpole for KOA will be delayed.

Chaplin’s report:

Bugs Kathy is in the hospital, Weeds wife is in rehab, Jeremiah and little momma’s daughter, Panhead, Bubbles going through cancer tests and Caveman had an accident on Sunday.
