General meeting minutes

July 30, 2025

Call to order: 1830 Members/auxiliary & guests: 34

Officers present: President; Jeremiah, Vice President; Ginger, Sargent at arms; Sweed, Secretary; Dawg, Treasure; Elvis and Spider, Advocates; Hansel and Skite.

Pledge, Moment of silence: SA.

President’s report:

Coming home soon! Daughter is now cancer free!

Vice president’s report:

Kathy White (Bugs Girlfriend) passed. Memorial is being held this evening at VFW 1435. Some of us went after the meeting.

Remind everyone our business stays with patched members only.

Two of the burners on the stove were left on.

Sargent at arms report:

Nothing currently.

Secretary’s report:

Bull Lake, we need 4 more people.

Dan Kleckner is well covered.

Fallout: On Vacation. No game night on Friday.

Treasurer’s report:

Elvis: Nothing currently.

Spider: Nothing currently.

Advocates report:

Digger: Not Present.

Hansel: Retiree Honor dinner monthly, annually or 2 -3 times a year. TBD.

Start ringing the bell for our fallen at meetings. TBD.

Skite: Rider protocol. Road Captain, President, Vice President, remaining E Board members, Patched members, Flash patch members, Prospects, Trikes and Medics. Know where you belong. We ride in a staggered position most of the time.

8/26/25 Wall escort OC 0900 KSU 0930. We will have the missing man formation. This is the 80% Wall. It will be hauled by a semi. If you have a contact in other Clubs or Organizations, please reach out to them and give a personal invitation to the escort. Set up of the wall will follow the escort and help is needed.

Digger: Next meeting will be 8/13/25 at 1800.

1/31/26 tentative date for Spokane Chiefs Military apparition day. CVR and Now Guardians of the Children will have tables and maybe a suite.

EOW (End of Watch) is raffling off a 2008 Heritage Softail on September 20TH. Tickets are $5.00 ea. Also, a 2014 Forest River 5TH wheel Toy hauler and 2008 F-350 4X4 dually pickup on September 19TH. $20.00 ea.

Northwest breweries are brewing special beers, and the profits are being donated to the Red and Blue. Sweed is brewing up a Stay Golden Beer.
