General meeting minutes.

Call to order: 1835 Members/auxiliary & guests 47

Officers present: President; Jeremiah, Vice President; Ginger, Secretary; Dawg, Treasure; Hansel and Spider, Advocates; Skite.

Pledge, Moment of silence: SA.

Bikers helping captives. Introductions. Helping stop sex trafficking in the local North Idaho and Eastern Washington area. There is a lot more sex trafficking than you think. They left us some cards and pamphlets. Contact info (Helpingcartives.org).

5.11 store. Want to let us do a fundraiser, this November. More info to follow.

Momma Bear handed out gargoyle patches to Hiccup, Breakdown, Tex & Dawg for guarding the rest room for Kids Fest.

President’s report:

Ginger is the Vice President interim till January,2027 By a vote of the membership, 34 Yea 0 Nea.

Oct. 3RD 1000-1600 Gibson’s nursery just off Pines on Sprague. Fundraiser for Fallen hero’s project.

Oct. 12TH Fundraising Breakfast for Mugshot. 4404 W. Hallet Rd.

Oct 13TH Greta is doing a BINGO fundraiser for the CVR. At the Villa Tavern in Lewiston. Several members are going to attend including Jeremiah & Lil momma, BBW & Nuggets, Skite & Tone, Elvis & Pricilla, Water Dog, Momma Bear & Water Bug, Guns, Hiccup, Puddles, Hansel, Longbow, and Precious.

Vice president’s report:

January elections are for President, Secretary, 1 two-year Advocate & back fill 1 one-year Advocate.

One advocate can be a service vet. The other must be a combat vet.

President must be a combat vet.

Secretary’s report:

10/29/25 Voting members meeting.

Books for the By-Laws folder.

Nominations for office are,

President, Jeremiah and Elvis.

Secretary, Spider.

Advocates, Jams, Conda, Puddles and Delano.

Treasurer’s report:

Hansel: Nothing currently.

Spider: Nothing currently.

Advocates report:

Digger: Not present.

Skite: Nothing currently.

Ride & event committee:

Rides: Digger.

Events: Elvis: appointed by the E board, looking for members to step up and help.

List of approved Ride and events for 2026 will be posted in February of 2026.

Fundraiser in November at 5.11 Tactical TBD.

Membership Committee:

Retention Committee. (Jeremiah, Cornfed Steveo, Sweed, BBW, Hansel and Digger).

Jeremiah: Nothing currently.

Resource report:

BBW: We helped 8 vets last month and have 3 setup to help tomorrow.

Outreach center report:

Fallout: Working on an annual liquor license.

Store report: (Flip flop, Just Rob, Stitch, Conda, Momma Bear, Stogie, Nuggets & Pricilla).

We Have 10 Men’s shirts and 3 women’s shirts from the POW/MIA this year left for sale.

Most of the special-order merchandise is in. come get your orders.

Auxiliary report:

Cricket is the new secretary for Auxiliary.

Building a cleanup committee for the O.C.

Need people to sign up to bring food for the fall closer lunch.

Chaplin’s report:

Precious: Keep Bubbles, Water Bug, Panhead, Heather Sasquatch’s daughter, and Purple Haze’s daughter in your prayers.

01/11/26 ABATE is doing the advanced accident scene training. This one covers CPR and a lot more. $50.00
