General meeting minutes.

5 August 2026

Call to order: 1830 Members/auxiliary & guests: 43

Officers: President; Jeremiah, Vice President; Ginger, Sargent at arms; Elvis, Secretary; Dawg, Treasure; Hansel and Spider, Advocates; Skite, Puddles and Jamz.

Pledge, Moment of silence: SA.

President’s report:

Let’s remember everyone in the fire zones.

IGY6 recap. Was a very good time, going back next year.

9/12/26 Trina’s ride, Sandpoint. Registration 0900. KSU 10:30. Eagles Club 1511 John Hudon Lane. $25.00 per rider.

Golfing for warriors. (See SAA).

8/7, 8, and 9TH/26 Bull Lake rendezvous. No security this year, just camping.

8/14/26 Global credit union and Caruso’s fundraiser. More info to follow on Face book.

Vice president’s report:

Working.

Sargent at arms report:

We need an event coordinator. If interested contact Elvis.

8/14 &15/26 0600 KSU both days. NW Golfers for Warriors. (Dan Kleckner). Starts at 0730. In fire zone. Watch for updates on Facebook. Puddles will be the lead on Friday.

(8/18, 25, Or 9/1) 1700-1900 Elvis will update us of what day we will do the Wendy’s fundraisers.

Nothing currently.

Treasurer’s report:

Hansel: How can we help vets that lost everything in the fires?

Will take care of the weeds in the parking lot.

Spider: Nothing currently.

Advocates report:

Skite: Nothing Currently. In evacuation area.

Puddles: Mom has a bunch of 2X cloths if anyone wants them.

Jamz: Nothing currently.

Ride & event committee:

8/14/26 1900 VNVLVMC G Chapter Pole party. 3727 E. Joseph Ave.

8/22/26 Soul Patrols, Heaven & Hell ride. Registration 0900-1045, KSU 1100. $30.00 single, $50.00 2 up. 3117 E. Olympic Ave.

POW/MIA:

Digger: Ready to go. Route is set.

Resource report:

BBW: We are doing very well, we have one individual that needs help with his rent. Large amount of money. Members voted 19Yea. 1 no. we are helping but are trying to get others to help.

Outreach center report:

Fallout: A/C is out.

Store report: (Flip flop, Just Rob, Stitch, Conda, Momma Bear, Stogie, Nuggets & Pricilla).

Auxiliary report:

Let’s keep our prayers going for Bubbles, Flip Flop, Pockets, Tink, Cricket, Margie and Precious.

9/4/26 Reginal finals at race track. Food service. If you want to help contact Nuggets.

Donation of $1000.00 to the club, if we can match it. Contact Elvis.

Permeant Vet Plates for one vehicle for disabled vets. Must be 100% disabled.

Grit Grounds Jujitsu class Elvis will work with owner to set up the free class on a Wednesday.

An author want’s to talk with anyone willing about combat explosions. E-mail is on table.

Momma Bear: Any status on Bone’s new cross?

Good of the order:

Hussar has I big house is any members are displaced by the fires.

Squirrel has an upper insert for a tour pack. If anyone wants it.
