    General meeting minutes.

    2 September 2026

    Call to order: 1830 Members/auxiliary & guests: 52

    Officers: President; Jeremiah, Vice President; Ginger, Sargent at arms; Elvis, Secretary; Dawg, Treasure; Hansel and Spider, Advocates; Skite, Puddles and Jamz.

    Pledge, Moment of silence: SA.

    9/8/26 Jenn from Wendy’s: Park on west side of parking lot by Costco. 1700-1900.

    Teach: 10/7/26 Quilts of Valor. 10 of our brethren will receive quilts. Please attend this meeting.

    President’s report:

    Golfing for Warriors. Great event, wish we had a better turnout!

    09/11/26 9-11 ride PVOC 1000, KSU 1020. Ends at Silver Lake Mall Coeur D’Alene ID. Ceremony at 1100.

    9/11/26 March for the Fallen. Security for one night only. At a new location. By the Mead airport. Two shifts 2200-0200 and 0200-0600.

    9/12/26 March for the Fallen. PVOC 0745 KSU 0800. Opening ceremony 0845.

    9/12/26 1000 Run with the sun. Cruisers C1B.

    9/12/26 Trina’s ride, Freedom Riders. Sandpoint ID.(campout).

    9/19/26 POW/MIA. 0730 picture at 0800. Return between 1530 and 1400.

    Purchasing items to donate to VFW 51, for fire victims. Bring items to the PVOC.

    10/10/26 Halloween party. More info to fallow.

    Nothing currently.

    Sargent at arms report:

    New Events chair is Doghouse. Thank you for stepping up.

    9/8/26 Wendy’s fundraiser 1700-1900.Sprague location. Park on west side of lot by Costco.

    Gum outside where we park bikes. Don’t through your gum on the ground.

    $1000.00 donation challenge. See Elvis, still need more donations to match.

    M.C. Protocols with diamond clubs. Introduce yourself to them.

    Secretary’s report:

    Start thinking about our elections in January. V.P. and two Advocate positions available. Must be Combat vets. Taking nominations now. Remember to check with the person you want to nominate before you nominate them.

    Treasurer’s report:

    Hansel: Nothing currently.

    Spider: A/C will be fixed next week. Banner Fuel Heating and cooling and SCC are covering the cost.

    Flip Flop is stepping down as lead for the store. Stogie will take on the front end, and Pricilla will deal with the back end.

    Old business:

    Momma Bear: Status on Bone’s new cross. There has been another rockslide, will talk to the county about putting the cross on a tree. More to fallow.
