General meeting minutes.

07 October 2026

Call to order: 2020 Members/auxiliary & guests: 74

Officers: President; Jeremiah, Vice President; Ginger, Sargent at arms; Elvis, Secretary; Dawg, Treasure; Hansel

and Spider, Advocates; Skite, Puddles and Jamz.

Pledge, Moment of silence: SA.

Precious – The price of freedom.

Teach: Quilts of honor: Doghouse, Straight shot, Stacker, BBW, Delano, Elvis, Bear, Cornfed and

Sweed received their quilts of honor. They all have compelling stories to tell. Congratulation’s

brothers. Almost 460.000 quilts have been awarded to date.

President’s report:

Stand down: Thank you for representing CVR BBW. Nuggets, Hansel and Spider.

Game night: 1St and 3RD Thursday of the month. We will be inviting Veteran organizations to join us.

Refocusing Combat Vet Riders to participate with local Veteran and Fallen Heroes organization and

support VFW/American Legions. (1435 and Athol)

10/10/26 1800-2300 Halloween party. Potluck.

Break from Freedom Riders, while they are dealing with local bike club problems.

The Spokesman and Staggered Pistons are blacklisted by the COC.

Secretary’s report:

10/28/2026 1830 Voting members meeting. E-Board meeting to follow.

Officer nominations. V.P. and 2 Advocate positions. All must be combat vets.

We need the AMA registration forms and wavers from the POW/MIA given to Stich.

BBW: Doing good. We helped 5 or 6 Vets last month.

Outreach center report:

Fallout: 11/01/26 Gender reveal. No glitter allowed in the building.

Store report: (Flip flop, Just Rob, Stitch, Conda, Momma Bear, Stogie, Nuggets & Pricilla).

Stogie: Bandit patches are in.

We have POW/MIA shirts and Newbyginnings shirts.

Auxiliary report:

Considering Vet Court: If you are sponsoring an individual, your events will be covered for the year. You can still do more events.

Decembers Costco run for Newbyginnings, Auxiliary will be donating to the cause. We have to talk with our account before we decide. Individual donations will also be accepted.
