COMBAT VET RIDERS

General meeting minutes.

January 4TH, 2026

Call to order: 1840 Members/auxiliary & guests: 51

Officers present: President; Jeremiah, Vice President; Ginger, Secretary; Dawg, Treasure; Hansel and Spider, Advocates; Skite, Puddles and Jams.

Pledge, Moment of silence:

President’s report:

Respect! Remember to give respect outside the O.C.! Just as important to show respect inside the O.C.

Homes for Vets. Donated a new home in Loon Lake. A service-connected amputee. We voted to donate to Homes for Vets. 32 Yea, 0 no.

Vice president’s report:

Trash cans and bags. Taking out the trash is everyone’s job. Replace the bags. We have a bigger dumpster now, so there should not any more problems.

CVR will provide and cook the meat for the open house. We need to show up for this.

Sargent at arms report:

Not present.

Secretary’s report:

Life Flight enrollment will start soon. I will check into Med-Star for CVR.

Working on form letters and emails for members that are not in good standing. Will start sending them out in a few months. If you are behind in dues or 3, 3 and 3 get caught up.

Treasurer’s report:

Hansel: Nothing currently.

Spider: Nothing currently.

Advocates report:

Skite: Nothing currently.

Puddles: Nothing currently.

Jams: Nothing currently.

Ride & event committee:

POW/MIA:

Gunz: Put 9-19-26 in your calendar, POW/MIA We need all hands-on deck.

18 February 26 next meeting.

Resource report:

BBW: We helped 8 Vets last month.

Outreach center report:

Fallout: Check with fallout or Tink before using the O.C. to avoid any conflicts.

Don’t turn up the heat above 70 and remember to turn it back down.

Store report: (Flip flop, Just Rob, Stitch, Conda, Momma Bear, Stogie, Nuggets & Pricilla).

Panhead memorial gear will be ready for the memorial.

Five new items were approved for the store.

Auxiliary report:

Nuggets is the new President.

Tink is still the Treasurer.

06/07/26 Open House. CVR will provide and cook the meet. Auxiliary will provide the side dishes.

We need a two-drawer locking file cabinet.

Chaplin’s report:

Precious: Keep Delano’s sister in your thought and prayers.

New business:

Bug has retired and will keep his patch.

We voted to make a donation to Washington department of Fish and wildlife for Vets.

We voted for Elvis to get us on Instagram. Maybe we can do some recruiting for younger Vets to join.
