General meeting minutes.

December 03, 2025

Call to order: 1830 Members/auxiliary & guests 42

Officers present: President; Jeremiah, Vice President; Ginger, Sargent at arms; Sweed, Secretary; Dawg, Treasure; Hansel and Spider, Advocates; Digger and Skite.

Pledge, Moment of silence: SA.

President’s report:

Fallon Hero’s gave us a donation.

Keirsten from Fallen hero’s project has forwarded an E mail to us from Col. O’Connell, Angela M. asking for help with the 2026 Washington Air Guard Awards Banquet. Will ask the membership for approval to donate $1000.00. Approved 29-0.

Army Navy game is 12/13/25.

12/13/25 Men’s Christmas shopping day. Time 0830 O.C.

12/13/25 Chico’s Christmas Party. 1700.

E board decided to drop Doc.

Remind everyone not to break the chain of command, again. They need to use the Advocates.

Vice president’s report:

12/06/25 O.C. 1200, KSU 1230. Roll by Panheads. The Panhead bell will be rung at Panheads house. Panhead is now on Hospice. Unfortunately, Panhead will not be with us for much longer.

Sargent at arms report:

Watch what you say in public. Keep our business in our house.

Secretary’s report:

E board meeting will be Tuesday December 30, 2025.

1/7/26 1830 Voting members meeting.

We have a new sponsorship agreement, detailing what the requirements are. (Per the by-laws.)

January elections:

President: Jeremiah and Elvis.

Secretary: Spider and Dawg.

1 two-year Advocate Combat Vet or Service. (Jams, Conda, Puddles and Delano.)

One year back fill Advocate Combat Vet (Jams, Conda, and Delano.)

Treasurer’s report:

Hansel: Please hold full year dues payments until January’s meeting.

Spider: Paid for our booth at the Bike show.

Advocates report:

Digger: Lolo pass ride, 7/11/26. Lodging will be at Super 8 by Wyndham on Reserve St. in Missoula Mt. use booking.com. 7/11/26-7/12/26.

Skite: Nothing currently.

Ride & event committee:

Elvis: 5.11 Tactical was a success.

Will have a hard copy of all events at the February meeting.

3/13-15/26 Bike show. Times TBD.

4/11/26 Vets blacksmith will be holding another class at the O.C. Vets only, bring your ID.

6/1/26 EOW Watch. More to fallow.

Open house Sunday June 7TH 1000-1400. We need all hands-on deck for this.

Digger: Nothing currently.

Membership Committee:

Retention Committee. (Jeremiah, Cornfed Steveo, Sweed, BBW, Hansel and Digger).

Jeremiah: Nothing currently.

POW/MIA:

Digger and Gunz: 01/21/26 @ 1800 POW/MIA meeting.

Resource report:

BBW: We helped 9 Vets last month.

Outreach center report:

12/07/25 Gunk Jr. Christmas party 1100-1500.

12/13/25 1700 Chico’s Christmas party. We need to clean up the O.C. after the party.

12/14/25 NW Classics 1200-1600. Rented the O.C.

12/19/25 modeling club.

Store report: (Flip flop, Just Rob, Stitch, Conda, Momma Bear, Stogie, Nuggets & Pricilla).

Doing inventory of the store 12/10 and 12/20.

Auxiliary report:

12/12/25 1700 Decorate the O.C. for Chico’s Christmas party.

Sign up for potluck dinner. For Chico’s Christmas party.

12/13/25 1700. Chico’s Christmas party White elephant up to $50.00. Door prizes $10.00.

12 Days of Christmas. Ending on the 13Th to benefit Newby-ginnings. Open to the public. People wanting to drop off food items please contact Fallout (509) 979-8868or Tink (509) 389-8884.

Chaplin’s report:

Precious: Broadway court estates made a donation to us.

Keep “G”, Eddie and Rick in your prayers. Panhead is now on Hospice and going downhill.

Jams had open heart surgery. He is doing good.

Keep Bubbles, Strider, Tink and Jams in tour prayers.

Momma Bear: We need to replace Boot’s wooden cross with a more stable metal cross.

12/16/25 1700 O.C. going to the Valley Costco to buy food for Newbyginnings. We want as many members as possible to donate time and money to fill the pantry.
