    COMBAT VET RIDERS

    General meeting minutes.

    September 3, 2025

    Call to order: 1830 Members/auxiliary & guests: 59

    Officers present: President; Jeremiah, Vice President; Ginger, Sargent at arms; Sweed, Secretary; Dawg, Treasure; Spider, Advocates; Digger, Hansel and Skite.

    Pledge, Moment of silence: SA.

    Panhead: Thanks for everyone’s help with the wall.

    President’s report:

    Thoughts on C.O.C. won’t be joining due to no military law enforcement allowed locally.

    Personal time: Friday game nights will be the 1st and 3rd Fridays. We need to spend time with our families.

    Special election for VP at October voting members meeting.

    Vice president’s report:

    Approval from the membership for Hansel to take over as Treasurer. Yea 31-0

    VP now has access to the forum as admin.

    Sargent at arms report:

    Nothing currently.

    Secretary’s report:

    Current nominations for VP are Ginger & BBW. Must be a Combat Vet.

    Longbow suggested we send the Spokane Indian Tribe Resort and Casino a thank you letter. Printed and signed and in the mail.

    Treasurer’s report:

    Spider: Nothing currently.

    Advocates report:

    Digger: The E board approved looking into creating a safety officer, Gunz will assist. More info to fallow. This will be for training purposes only.

    Hansel: Stepping down to fill Treasurer Position. Position will remain empty till January elections.

    Skite:

    Ride & event committee:

    Hansel: Big push for POW/MIA.

    Throttle Thursday meet at Lone Wolf HD at 1815. Please Park with the group so we can ride out as a group to Cruisers.

    9/6/25 fallen hero’s 911 ride. OC. 0815 KSU. 0845. Fallowing the ride, we will go to Lone wolf HD for a Benefit to Steve Herrington. The benefit is from 1100-1600.

    9/13/25 March for the fallen.

    9/20/25 POW/MIA ride and event. Group photo will be taken between 0800 and 0815. Club member’s registration 0830. Public registration 0900.

    Membership Committee:

    Retention Committee. (Jeremiah, Cornfed, Sweed, BBW, Hansel and Digger).

    Cornfed: Nothing currently.

    POW/MIA:

    Committee is a well-oiled machine. Things are falling into place nicely.

    Digger: Basket and donations drop off 9/9/25 and 9/16/25. No later.

    9/19/25 BFE escort to town. Time TBD.

    Resource report:

    BBW: We helped 10 people this last month.

    Asking for a backup fill-in. Digger has stepped up to help again. Dedication is very obvious! Good job brother.

    Outreach center report:

    Fallout: Our A/C compressor has another leak. Still not working.

    A Military stuffed bear identical to Chico’s was donated to us. We will get another shadow box made for his new home.

    Store report: (Flip flop, Just Rob, Stitch, Conda, Momma Bear, Stogie, Nuggets & Pricilla).

    Thank you to the committee for all the help.

    The store will be at March for the Fallen.

    Every one that has placed orders, the order will be in next week.

    Auxiliary report:

    Nuggets is the new President of the Auxiliary.

    9/11/25 Fundraiser at Texas Roadhouse.

    Chaplin’s report:

    Precious: Read a letter about respect and how we should strive to be. Tell your whole family you love them. We never know when we won’t see them again.

    Keep Panhead, Tink, Bubbles, Stich, Water Bug and Gingers Mom in your prayers.

    Friday at game night Precious and Margery are celebrating their 61ST Anniversary.

    New business:

    Hammer & Geo want to rejoin the CVR. Needs to do the paperwork and interview with the E board. Then 3, 3 & 3 with the standard 6-month period.

    Diane from ABATE published our tri fold in the HOG book.

    1/10/26 Accident scene response training. Basic training. $50.00.

    1/11/26 Accident scene response Advanced training. $75.00.

    We voted to donate $500.00 to Steve Harrington. Vote was 31-0 Yea.

    Friday game nights going forward will be the 1ST and 3RD Friday’s
