General meeting minutes.

April 01, 2026

Call to order: 1830 Members/auxiliary & guests: 42

Officers: President; Jeremiah, Vice President; Ginger, Sargent at arms; Elvis, Secretary; Dawg, Treasure; Hansel and Spider, Advocates; Skite, Puddles and Jamz.

Pledge, Moment of silence: SA.

Ringing of the memorial bell for Bandit.

President’s report:

Spring opener head count for Greta. If you didn’t sign-up but want to go let Jeremiah or my-self know by Wednesday, the 8Th.

Game nights 1St and 3Rd Friday every month, by invite only. Do Not Post on Face Book

04/04/26 1100 at Lone Wolf Soul patrol Easter Service.

04/04/26 1200 at Cruisers KSU1245 to Lone Wolf. Girl Scout cookie buyout.

Vice president’s report:

Nothing currently.

Sargent at arms report:

Congratulations to Lead Shoe our new event coordinator.

Prospects and Known Associates should be helping clean up. Not sitting around watching the officers and patched members doing all the clean-up.

Timekeeper for the meetings.

Use your Advocates. Stop going the other officers. We might have to start disciplining people for this.

Getting busy, hand shaking with other clubs. Know the protocol or ask before getting in a bad situation.

Secretary’s report:

I need to see everyone’s Endorsement and proof of insurance. I won’t stop you from riding, but you will not get credit for any rides until I have the proof.

Voting members meeting 04/29/26.

I need all members of AMA to give me their member numbers. Please. If you have a membership and have not given it to me already, please get it to me. We need 10 AMA members number to register with AMA for the POW/MIA ride. Also, the risk manager must be a member of AMA. (Officers of CVR are supposed to be registered with AMA according to AMA.

Life Flight and Air Lift sign up and renewal.

A rep from Airlift NW will be at the ABATE Meeting on 04/14/26. At PVOC 1800. If you have any questions that I can’t answer.

Treasurer’s report:

Hansel: Not present.

Spider: Nothing currently.

Advocates report:

04/04/26 Girl Scout cookie buyout at Lone Wolf. 1200 at Cruisers KSU1245 to Lone Wolf.

04/11/26 Gates open at 1500. 3727 E Joseph Ave. Spokane. VNV LVMC Shrimp boil CAJUN FEST

04/11/26 0800 Breakfast at VFW 1435.

05/03/26 Yokes Deer Park. We need 2 more bodies for 0900-1100.

Rides: Digger:

4/11/26. Spring opener. OC, 0800 KSU 0830 1ST. stop Steptoe Butte (Discover pass or $10.00) 2Nd. Stop Colfax for fuel. 3Rd. stop Wrangler in Lewiston. Again, Discover Pass or $10.00 fee.

The Lolo pass ride is canceled or will be rescheduled.

Road rage prevention. It’s not worth getting upset.

Gunz: 04/15/26 next meeting.

Let Nuggets know before going to ask for donations. We have to stop the double taps.

Outreach center report:

Fallout: Punch cards. Approved for printing. Stop asking, we will have them as soon as we can get them.

If you use it put it back. If you open it close it.

Store report: (Flip flop, Just Rob, Stitch, Conda, Momma Bear, Stogie, Nuggets & Pricilla).

Panhead shirts have been ordered. Should be here the 3Rd week of April.

2024/2025 Newby Byers T shirts for sale, $10.00.

Auxiliary report:

Pockets is in St. Luke’s. Room 205. Visiting hours are 8-8.

04/14/26 1800, Taco Bar. Fundraiser for Doghouse and Pockets. Donation can at the Canteen.

05/14/26 Fundraiser at Texas Roadhouse. Post falls Texas Roadhouse is joining in now, so both restaurants are participating.

Idaho advanced concealed carry. 8 hours with range time. In Sandpoint. If anyone is interested, price dependent on number of people participating. If you live in Washington, you have to have a Washington license. Contact Dawg for a head count.

04/08/26 Thomas L. Gravelle. Jamz family member. Vets Cemetery 1430 for the ceremony. Celebration of life 1530 at VFW 51 on Mission.

Freedom Riders LOD. Spaghetti feed and bike blessing, Benefits Newby-Ginnings.1511 Joyn Hudson Lane. April 18TH 1400-1900. All you can eat. Would appreciate a head count to make sure they don’t run out of food.
