General meeting minutes.

04 March 2026

Call to order: 1837 Members/auxiliary & guests: 47

Officers present: President; Jeremiah, Vice President; Ginger, Sargent at arms; Elvis, Secretary; Dawg, Treasure; Spider, Advocates; Skite, Puddles and Jamz.

Pledge, Moment of silence: SA.

President’s report:

Congratulations to Elvis, Our new Sargent at Arms.

Panhead’ service, PVOC 0900-KSU 1000. (Cuts are suggested.) We will have a flag line. The ride to the church from the PVOC is open to all that knew Panhead.

Service will be held at Opportunity Christian Church. 708 N. Pines Rd. At 1100. Followed by celebration of life at PVOC at 1230.

3-27-26 Friday VNV @ Vet center on marabou parkway. 1300-1500. Military appreciation.

Jeremiah’s son Hunter Left for Coast Guard Bootcamp.

Vice president’s report:

There will be a Beard and mustache completion at the Bike show.

Sargent at arms report:

Secretary’s report:

Life Flight, $75.00 / Airlift, $50.00. Deadline is 4/20/26. Make checks payable to CVR. I Will attend game nights on the 27TH and 4/10/26. As well as the April meeting.

Member retention. Letter has been approved by the E-board. I’m compiling necessary information on who is not meeting the requirements. Emails will go out this month. Letters to follow.

Treasurer’s report:

Hansel: Not present

Spider: Nothing currently.

Advocates report:

Skite: use your advocates, Follow the chain of command. Members need to step up and volunteer for events, Sponsorship. Do more than just 3, 3 & 3.

Puddles: Nothing currently.

Jamz: Nothing currently.

Ride & event committee:

Events: / Elvis: Delano and Steveo won 2ND and 3RD place at the Legacy Vets Hot wings competition.

3/11/26 Load the trailer for the bike show.

3/12/26 Setup for the bike show.

4/20/26 1730 Meeting for Open house. Open house is June 7TH 1000-1400.

Rides: / Digger: Nothing currently.

POW/MIA:

Gunz: Flyers and cards have been approved. Will be ready for the bike show.

3/18/26 1800. POW/MIA meeting. POW/MIA is Sept. 19.

Resource report:

BBW: We helped 13 Vets and families last month.

Outreach center report:

Fallout: getting a steam cleaner for our chairs, also getting replacement screws.

Working on punch cards for the canteen. They will be $20.00. This will eliminate the Tabs.

Store report: (Flip flop, Just Rob, Stitch, Conda, Momma Bear, Stogie, Nuggets & Pricilla).

Panhead patches are in, order your shirts.

We need more people to work the store at the bike show.

We need 2 or 3 more people to help run the store full time.

Auxiliary report:

3/12/26 Auxiliary Fundraiser Texas Roadhouse. 1600-2000.

Happy Birthday Kare Bear.

Chaplin’s report:

Precious: Keep Lisa “Pockets” Basinger. In your prayers. She was T-boned. In Sacred Heart room 455. No flowers please, Books appreciated sifi and fantasy.

Shelly, Momma Bears daughter broke her ankle and found out she had done it again about 20 years ago.

Bubbles is still fighting Cancer.

Puddles: 03/28/26 1130 Freedom Riders Spring opener. Starts at Sandpoint High School. Let’s show them some support.

04/18/26 1400-1900 Freedom Riders Spaghetti feed and Bike Blessing, Benefits Newbyginnings. Sandpoint Eagles club 1511 John Hudson Lane. Suggested minimum donation of $20.00 per plate. Kids under 12 eat free.

Panheads memorial ride will be as close to his Birthday as possible (7/15) The ride will be through Thompson Pass.
