General meeting minutes.
03 JUNE 2026
Call to order: 1830 Members/auxiliary & guests: 50
Officers: President; Jeremiah, Vice President; Ginger, Sargent at arms; Elvis, Secretary; Dawg, Treasure; Hansel and Spider, Advocates; Skite, Puddles and Jamz.
Pledge, Moment of silence: SA.
Teach, Quilts of Valor: Greater Spokane Quilts of Valor. Active duty, Reserve or Guard. Talk with Teach to see if you qualify to receive a Quilt of Valor.
Grit Grounds Jujitsu: Across from Costco on Sprague. Looking to help us and other Vets. Point of contact will be Jeremiah.
President’s report:
Banners for members of our memorials. We need good photos of them all. PDF’s to Dawg.
6/27/26 this is posted on Facebook. Promoting a CVR benefit ride. (CVR and the Wrangler.) $10.00 registration that includes a spaghetti dinner with live music at Cruisers, at 1800.
Review and appreciation of Memorial Day ride. Thank you to all that showed up to remember our fallen brothers and sisters. Both days were good for the soul, good rides and company.
East Meets West implosion. Canceled!!!!
Vice president’s report:
Puddles stepped up and is our newest Road Captain. Congratulation’s brother.
Sargent at arms report:
Tighten up the ship. Start reading the by-laws. Things have been to slack for far too long.
6/7/26 Open house at the OC. 0900 – 1400. We need everyone to show up and support this event. Please don’t just show up and leave. We need people to stay around to meet and greet the public. You don’t have to show up at 0900, however please show up for a couple hours during the event.
Secretary’s report:
6/28/26 Idaho enhanced concealed carry license, sign up. In Sandpoint starts at 0900. Free dry camping available.
Still need a few people’s proof of insurance and endorsement on driver’s license. As of July 1ST any rides attended will be lost if I don’t have your information.
Treasurer’s report:
Hansel: Ride positions, read the by-laws. Are you riding where you belong?
Guest parking for open house. Let’s park cages and trikes in the dirt.
Thinking of starting a class for sponsors,
Spider: Nothing currently.
Advocates report:
Skite: Skite: Rider positions, again. Etiquette. Communication of upcoming events etc. On social media and when it’s complete, remove it from social media.
Puddles: Use your Advocates before calling the P, VP, or SAA.
6/5/26. 1800. Friday game night is also property clean-up for open house.
Jamz: Nothing currently.

6/13/26 VNVLV KSU 1000 to Cruiser’s. Elvis has the lead.
6/13/26 American Legion 250TH. 250 mile ride. Puddles has the lead.

Nuggets is the point of contact for the list of people who have been contacted. Talk with her before going to any place to ask for donations.

When backing the trailers in watch out for the fence. It has been bent over a little. Let’s not make it any worse.
The E board approved installing a baby changing table in the Bathroom.
The E board approved getting an small carpet cleaner to clean the chairs.
Store report: (Flip flop, Just Rob, Stitch, Conda, Momma Bear, Stogie, Nuggets & Pricilla).
6/13/26 Flag Day, Modified store. Hansel will haul the store.
We still have Newby / Byers shirts from 2024 and 2025 $10.00 ea.
Auxiliary report:
6/19/26 1800-2000 taco bar to benefit Pockets.
/9/26, 9/10/26 and 11/12/26 fundraisers at Texas Roadhouse.

6/20/26 1800 Rubber side down Lil Momma’s birthday.
Fishing trip up to Kettle Falls area Jeremiah has the lead.

We now have the first DVD stand for the 500 DVD’s longbow donated to us.
Val at Lone wolf HD is sewing patches on the 1st Saturday of every month. From 1000 – 1400.
Spokane motor school has 3 new classes. Check them out at Spokane motor school Pro rider.
