General meeting minutes.

7/1/2026

Call to order: 1832 Members/auxiliary & guests: 53

Officers: President; Jeremiah, Vice President; Ginger, Sargent at arms; Elvis, Secretary; Dawg, Treasure; Hansel and Spider, Advocates; Skite, Puddles and Jamz.

Pledge, Moment of silence: SA.

Jenn from Wendy’s: Fundraisers on Tuesday or Wednesday 1700-1900. One store at a time no limit.

President’s report:

CVR has joined the C.O.C.

Gunz has rolled up, we need a new chair for POW/MIA. Digger stepped up to fill in.

Vice president’s report:

Not present.

Sargent at arms report:

Thanks for showing up for the open house. Thank you to the Store and Canteen for your support.

Our sponsorship of Fathers Fest was a great time.

Secretary’s report:

When filling out the roll call sheets, Please remember to put the date on in the title.

7/29/26 Voting members meeting.

Treasurer’s report:

Hansel: Nothing currently.

Spider: Not present.

Advocates report:

Skite: Nothing currently.

Puddles: Let’s all remember all the food the Auxiliary puts out for our meetings and Events is on a donation basis. If you eat please make a donation.

Jamz: Nothing currently.

Ride & event committee:

Events: / Lead Shoe: Watch Facebook for an update on times for Newby/Byers ride.

Rides: / Digger: Thanks Puddles for stepping up as Road Captain.

POW/MIA:

The route will go north this year.

Resource report:

BBW: The need has slowed down some.

We are no longer helping with hotel rooms, we’ve been burnt to many times.

Outreach center report:

Fallout: Nothing currently.

Keep the door closed when the A/C is on.

Store report: (Flip flop, Just Rob, Stitch, Conda, Momma Bear, Stogie, Nuggets & Pricilla).

We still have shirts from the last two years of the Newby/ Byers ride for sale. $10.00 each.

Lots of other things as well, come check it out.

Auxiliary report:

Pocket and Dog House said thank you for the fundraiser it helped a lot.

Chaplin’s report:

Precious: I’m going into retirement as of today, 7/1/26. He will remain the Chaplain.

SAA:

Defacing photos will not be tolerated. This needs to stop! Like it or not, this is our history.

Somebody needs a new sponsor.

Sponsors report:

Gunz: Todd / Somebody. Received his Flash patch.

Ginger: Stacker.

Hussar: Flyboy.

Stitch: Sherman. Razor will assist with the rides for now.

Bear: Mr. Clean. Was given his road name patch.

Bear: Squirrel. Was given her road name patch.

New business:

Retired and Elder members wearing our patch. Designator? 6-0 yea. By the E board. We will get designators made.

Retired Black with gold letters and border.

Elder Black with silver letters and red border.

Old business:

Get all relevant information to our Ride and event people.

Good of the order:

Were still working on bone’s new cross, with all the rain there was a mud and rock slide that destroyed the old one.
